Kadri Alekõrs is a Talent & Culture Manager at BDO Estonia. She is focusing on improving our work culture and implementing human resources policies, procedures and systems that help BDO Estonia’s strategy, plans and priorities come to life.
Kadri loves to help people and companies on all topics related to human resources. She has been involved in working with big corporates and startups as a recruiter and HR specialist. This has given her good knowledge about different positions on all levels and a good professional network.
She has worked in the field of customer service in London and as a customer service manager at Selecta Eesti OÜ.
Closer contact with HR began with Tallink AS as a Recruitment Specialist, with the biggest achievement being the recruitment of over 526 people to form the Silja Europa´s crew.
Before joining BDO in Estonia, she worked for a recruitment agency where she provided recruitment and HR services but also consulting to leading Estonian IT companies such as Starship Technologies, Guardtime, Iglu, Comodule, Ample Bikes, Paxful, etc.
