Kateriin joined the BDO Estonia team in August 2022 as a Payroll and Reporting Services Specialist. Her duties include performing payroll and assisting project managers in the projects of various companies. Daily work includes, in addition to calculating wages, email communication with clients in both Estonian and English, execution of various tasks in Excel, and close-knit teamwork with colleagues.

The main programs in use are Taavi Personal & Palk and Fujitsu Persona.

With strong self-control and a focus on correctness, she likes to handle various projects that require precision. Based on her personal characteristics, Kateriin decided to specialize in payroll in order to apply her strong qualities to her professional career path.

Previously, Kateriin worked in the customer service sector and was responsible for stock accounting of goods. The main program for inventory accounting she used, was SAP.
