Kaija joined the BDO team in Estonia in 2015. She has a long-term client service experience. She solves everyday problems: arranges appointments, organises and serves meetings, manages databases, implements new procedures and administrative systems, organises travel to staff. Kaija is always correct and punctual in her work. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with co-workers and our clients. She is our shining star in front desk.

Asof July 2020 Kaija is our Office & Vibe Manager. Her core responsibilities include aslo managing perks, planning events, and overseeing office design. She buzzes through jam-packed days, juggling all the tasks that collectively make up the one-of-a-kind, intangible, and absolutely inimitable vibe that permeates every office worth working in. She knows that preventing “hangriness” is key to good vibes.
