Kateriin Talvist

Kateriin joined BDO Estonia in August 2022 as a Payroll Specialist and has since grown into the role of Payroll and Reporting Services Junior Manager. She delivers payroll services to local and international clients, manages day-to-day client communication in Estonian and English, and supports the successful execution of payroll projects.

Kateriin has experience working with a wide range of payroll and HR systems, including Taavi Palk, Taavi Personal, Fujitsu Persona, and Merit Palk. In addition to payroll processing, she is responsible for payroll-related statutory reporting and supports the implementation and development of payroll solutions for clients. She also plays an active role in onboarding new team members, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project-specific requirements and processes.

Known for her accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, Kateriin enjoys working on projects that require a structured and analytical approach. Her interest in payroll stems from the combination of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving that the profession requires. She values the opportunity to continuously develop her expertise and actively participates in payroll and accounting-related professional training programmes.

Before joining BDO Estonia, Kateriin gained experience in customer service and inventory accounting, working extensively with SAP-based systems.
