Executive summary
Keit joined BDO Estonia’s Audit team in September 2018, where his daily work focused on coordinating and planning financial audit engagements, including guiding team members and performing audit procedures in more complex areas. He also played an active role in recruiting and training interns. Since October 2025, Keit has been part of the BDO Estonia partnership, continuing his work within the Accounting business line team.
Keit acquired his first accounting knowledge and skills in high school by establishing a student company and representing his school in several Olympiads. Before joining BDO, Keit worked in an accounting company, where he was responsible for compiling, inserting, and controlling accounting documents.
Keit has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology with a master’s degree in Accounting. To improve his skills and knowledge, Keit regularly participates in various specialist trainings.
