Kätlin joined the BDO Estonia team in December 2017 as a payroll specialist. Working on various projects and gaining experience soon allowed her to build her own client portfolio. Her genuine interest in the field of payroll accounting has provided her with diverse daily tasks, fostering analytical thinking and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Today, Kätlin's career path has led her to the position of Payroll and Reporting Services Senior Manager, which involves team coordination and management responsibilities.

Kätlin is involved in providing personnel and payroll accounting services to both Estonian and international clients. Her clients come from various industries, including research and development, market research, telemarketing, information technology, and manufacturing.
Her daily tasks include managing client communication, conducting payroll accounting, preparing various statistical reports in compliance with both legal requirements and client specifications, handling tasks related to tax return submission (TSD), process improvement, supporting the team in different accounting stages, and mentoring junior specialists within her client projects.

Additionally, she is responsible for tasks related to the implementation process for new clients.

Kätlin is proficient in both Estonian and English. Her most frequently used software in her daily work includes Taavi Personal, Taavi Palk, Yester, and Merit Palk.

Before joining BDO, Kätlin worked as both an assistant accountant and a financial specialist in several companies. To continuously enhance her knowledge and skills, she regularly participates in both internal and external professional development courses at BDO.

Kätlin graduated from the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences, specifically from the Institute of Service Economics, with a bachelor's degree in financial management.
