Executive summary
Margit joined the BDO team in Estonia in November 2012. As a certified public accountant and a public sector accountant, Margit has over 20 years of experience covering the provision of various assurance services to companies operating in different fields of activity, including listed companies and the public sector. AS of October 2025, Margit became an Associated Partner at BDO Estonia.
Margit mainly focuses on the auditing of different companies’ annual accounts and consolidated annual accounts that have been prepared in accordance with either the Estonian Financial Reporting Standard or IFRS. She also coordinates and plans her team’s work. In addition, Margit has experience in project audits and the auditing of packaging reports.
Margit has obtained a bachelor’s degree (equalised to MA) in Economics from the University of Tartu. Thanks to her strong competence and knowledge, Margit also participates as a lecturer in different audit-related seminars.
