Marite Tiismaa

Marite joined the BDO team in Estonia in September 2021 as a payroll specialist. The experience of working in various projects during the year and learning through internship supported Marite's continuation to the position of junior project manager of payroll.

Her main clients are both international and local companies in the fields of pharmaceutical industry, housing development, consulting, and production. As daily tasks, Marite performs payroll, communicates with clients via e-mail, prepares reports according to client needs, and assists other payroll project managers in their projects. Fujitsu Persona, Taavi Personal and Taavi Palk are used as programs daily.

Marite is fascinated by the world of numbers, and her personality is best suited to tasks that offer technical precision but enough creative freedom. The versatility of payroll and situations requiring analytical thinking offer her a constant opportunity for self-realization.

In addition, Marite studies programming and acquires an education in public administration and political science at Tallinn University of Technology. To constantly improve her knowledge and skills, Marite participates in professional BDO internal and external further training.
